I heart November

I love November for many reasons. It’s a beautiful time of year, the air is cool, the leaves are changing, the holidays are coming, and the crock pot is on…What’s there not to love?

Most importantly, it’s a time to share and show that we are thankful for life’s many blessings. I’m thankful for my wonderful family and the memories we are making here in Washington. Lately we’ve spent more time indoors, but it hasn’t stopped us from having fun.

Here are a few silly pics..

This is our indoor pony ride. :)

Puzzle Pro

Landon is really into puzzles lately & he will do the same one over and over and over & not get tired of it. I’m guessing Santa might bring him some puzzles this year! :)

This is how we roll…….

When it’s a little drizzly in Seattle, you can’t let it stop you from having fun outside. We are learning to throw on rain coats, hats, etc.. and GO!

So, this is how we roll on a Sunday morning!

1st Cul-de-sac Progressive Halloween party!

This past weekend, our cul-de-sac decided to have a progressive halloween party! It was so much fun & the kids had a blast.. We started out at Angela & Steve’s for appetizers & drinks, then moved to our house for games in the garage, then to Janet’s house for dinner, and then ending up at Huyen’s house for dessert. It got to be late & the kids were having fun at Janet’s, so we moved the dessert over there & skipped the last stop!

It’s the perfect way to have a long party, without one person hosting at their house the whole time. I highly recommend it!

Here are some pics of our fun night! :)

Ready for visitors!

We’ve been in Seattle for 7 weeks now, & we are ready for visitors! My dad comes tonight, and I’m very excited. Next week, Gail & Ernie come. Then in Sept.- Tara & Riley, and then my mom. Romy comes in October.. Any other guests.. come on!  :)

We love our new house & there are only a few things we would fix. If it were ours, we would paint these white walls & get darker carpet. It’s a little light for my liking. :) Oh…and the kitchen curtains are terrible, so those will be going away soon. :)
