Oh how we’ve grown!

It’s hard to believe today was the last day of preschool for my sweet boys. They started 8 months ago as quiet, fearful, not sure of what was going on with this whole school thing little boys. Now, they LOVE school and always ask to go on the days that we don’t have it. They sit and do show and tell, they’ve made good friends, and they’ve learned so much. I’m so happy with this preschool, and excited about them going back in the Fall. :) I helped the teacher out a bit today, and stayed for recess. The kids were all so cute. The boys were giddy that I was there! :)

Kelsey Creek Farm field trip! ~Bellevue, WA

Today, the boys’ preschool class went on a field trip to a a little local farm called Kelsey Creek. The boys got to feed a cow, pet goats and bunnies, look at pigs, sheep, horses, & chickens, plant seeds, have a snack, and play on the playground! Needless to say, both fell asleep for naps in 3 minutes!

We had a great time! I enjoyed being the parent and not the teacher this time! :)

Sometimes you just have to stop and smell the Tulips!

On our way back from Vancouver, Canada, we stopped in a town called Skagit Valley to see the beautiful tulips! I have never in my life seen such an amazing view. The bright colors were beautiful, and the sun being out was a perfect addition! I loved the pink ones the most I think!

Easter Fun!

This past weekend our neighborhood held their annual Easter Egg Hunt. The weather was nice and the kids had so much fun! They had a petting zoo with bunnies, ducklings, and baby lambs, which the boys just loved. And they even had a wallaby wearing a diaper!
