My babies are 3… how can it be?

Happy Birthday to my sweet boys that turned 3 on Sunday. Jason and I can’t believe it.  We celebrated the day by opening gifts, going shoe shopping, out to lunch, & then some fun with our neighbors outside. It was a blast and the boys were exhausted on Monday! Thanks for the gifts, cards, texts, calls, & Facetime. We really missed not being with family on this special day,  but it helped to talked to each one of you! :)

Today, we had their little preschool celebration. The boys asked for cake pops ( they had them at daddy’s work last week ;) so that’s what we got. :0 The kids sang and we had a great time.

Happy Valentine’s Day a little early from Washington! I hope everyone has a loved filled, hug filled, fun filled, sweet day with your loved ones.

Winter in Washington!

Today we realized that we definitely aren’t in Texas anymore! ha! We drove 30 min. North this morning up near Snowqualmie to play in the snow! If we would have gone 20 more min., we would have gotten to some skiing and tubing areas. We will check that out for sure come Jan. and Feb. :)

We had a blast and the boys loved it!

Snowflake Lane~ Bellevue, WA

Every night in December, there is a celebration called Snowflake Lane down in Bellevue.They have the whole street lit up with snowflakes and lights, drummer boys playing music, fake snow blowing around, and lots of people are singing and dancing.

The boys seemed a little shy of course when people approached them, but overall it was a lot of fun!

Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas!

 

Well we have a smile and a few tears.. I think we did good! We were
going into it thinking both would cry, so this is a success! Santa was very nice & asked the boys what they wanted for Christmas. Hudson has been saying he wants a white helicopter for sometime now. Landon chimed in and asked for a green truck. Go figure.. Cars and trucks are still his favorite. :)

These two are the light of my life. They are precious!

I heart November

I love November for many reasons. It’s a beautiful time of year, the air is cool, the leaves are changing, the holidays are coming, and the crock pot is on…What’s there not to love?

Most importantly, it’s a time to share and show that we are thankful for life’s many blessings. I’m thankful for my wonderful family and the memories we are making here in Washington. Lately we’ve spent more time indoors, but it hasn’t stopped us from having fun.

Puzzle Pro

Landon is really into puzzles lately & he will do the same one over and over and over & not get tired of it. I’m guessing Santa might bring him some puzzles this year! :)
